J. Robert Ward

Chairman - Founded Land Resource in 1997

When it comes to outstanding achievement in the world of real estate, few share the reputation of Land Resource founder Bob Ward. For more than 30 years, Bob has been a leader in residential real estate development and mortgage banking, including regional and divisional responsibilities for two NYSE real estate development companies.

Prior to founding Land Resource, Bob was President of the Eastern Division of the Bluegreen Corporation, a major developer and operator of timeshare resorts. Bob has also held the position of President and General Manager of Fairfield Communities, Inc.'s Pointe Alexis development in Florida.

As Land Resource commemorates a decade of success, Bob's extensive experience and leadership continues to shape the diverse collection of property concepts that has made Land Resource one of the most successful master-planned community developers in the nation.

Mike Flaskey

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Mike Flaskey leads Land Resource with a clear vision and a reputation for innovative strategies that yield remarkable returns. Mike is responsible for all operational facets of Land Resource, and his sales and marketing expertise play key roles in guiding the company.

Before joining Land Resource, Mike was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing East for Starwood Vacation Ownership. He has also served in leadership positions with Fairfield Resorts, a company where he spent 11 years.

Mike's thorough knowledge of the real estate industry is evident in his ability to combine "big picture" thinking with a comprehensive understanding of the crucial details. As Land Resource continues to grow, Mike will identify new areas of opportunity and growth.

Jason Beaird

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for Land Resource, Jason Beaird's career spans nearly 15 years of finance and accounting experience with extensive background in real estate valuation, financing, revenue & inventory management, sales distribution planning, budgeting/planning/forecasting, operational performance analysis and joint venture asset management.

Prior to joining Land Resource, Jason spent 10 years in senior roles at Marriott Vacation Club International / Ritz-Carlton Club. During his tenure, Jason led the company's asset management function focusing on optimizing returns from joint venture projects and was based in Ireland while leading the revenue & inventory management function for all international operations, from Ireland to Thailand. Jason began his career with the accounting firm KPMG International.

Jason and his team are responsible for all Land Resource accounting, finance, banking and investor relationships - as well as all IT, and insurance-related issues. Jason continues to apply his vast business experience to further expand Land Resource's financial portfolio.

Cindy Molitor

Vice President of Human Resources

Cindy Molitor brings more than 20 years of driving growth through effective HR and people strategies to her position as Vice President of Human Resources. In addition to her full scope of HR planning and implementation responsibilities, Cindy is focused on creating a new Land Resource corporate culture with an emphasis on performance, accountability and rewards.

Prior to joining Land Resource, Cindy led several HR teams in major Atlanta-area corporations, serving as Vice President of Human Resources at both Knowlagent, Inc, and iFleet, Inc., and Manager of Human Resources at John Deere Special Technologies.

Cindy's commitment to excellence and hands-on approach to strategic HR planning assures Land Resource will continue to recruit and develop the best and the brightest in the industry.

S. Mark Rogers

Executive Vice President of Product Development

With nearly three decades of industry experience throughout the southeast and beyond, Mark Rogers brings a level of inspired leadership to his role as Executive Vice President of Product Development. Mark's division is responsible for identifying new properties for acquisition and delivering finished products to Land Resource customers. His strategy for success includes targeting inventory far in advance to assure Land Resource has the necessary inventory to support sales and marketing needs.

Prior to joining Land Resource's executive team, Mark served as Senior Vice President of Construction and Development at the Bluegreen Corporation's resort division in Boca Raton, Florida. His many career highlights include serving as Vice President of Construction and Development at Fairfield Resorts and communities; Magnus Homes; John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods; and Peachtree City Development Corporation.

Mark's expertise in developing a wide range of innovative residential and resort products assures the highest level of quality as Land Resource continues to grow.

Clark K. Champion

Vice President, Community Operations

As Vice President of Community Operations, Clark Champion brings 20 years of experience in community management to Land Resources and serves an integral role in the executive team. His responsibilities include all aspects of property owner associations, from incorporation through transition, plus the operation of Land Resource's subsidiary HOA management company.

Before joining Land Resource, Clark served as General Manager/COO at the Bodega Harbor Community and Golf Links, where he managed day-to-day operations for a seasonal population of 1,200 to 3,000 and greatly enhanced relationships with local government officials. Clark has also held senior property and construction management positions at the Wailea Resort Company and Wailea Development Company in Maui, Hawaii.

Clark's expertise in all facets of community operations assures the highest level of owner satisfaction as the Land Resource portfolio of communities continues to grow.

John C. Alvarez

General Counsel

As General Counsel for Land Resource, John Alvarez is responsible for a comprehensive range of negotiations with developers, investors and lenders during every stage of real estate acquisition and development, including full-cycle HUD processing.

Prior to joining the Land Resource executive team, John held the position of Land Acquisition Manager for Centex Homes, one of the nation's largest residential home builders, and also served as both Senior Counsel and Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Fairfield Resorts, Orlando, Florida.

A graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and Duke University, John's legal expertise in all facets of land acquisition and development assures a seamless turn-over to Land Resource owner associations.
